This is a permanent post (4 days a week, 8am-4pm) involving all aspects of site maintenance.
You will ideally have industry orientated qualifications such as PAT Testing, experience of repair and maintenance (inc gardening) is essential and you will hold a full UK driving licence.

Good communication abilities, both verbal and written, with good organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will be numerate, computer literate and a self-motivator with huge amounts of energy, commitment and enthusiasm.
